Hematologist/Oncologist

Weatherby is seeking a physician for a locum tenens opportunity in a community-based cancer center. This role involves providing care to adult patients in both ambulatory and hospital settings, with a focus on oncology services. The position offers competitive compensation and support for travel and housing.

Practice Info

• Community-based cancer center
• Ambulatory and hospital consults
• 18 chemo infusion chairs and 2 non-chemo infusion chairs on-site
• Radiation oncology services available on-site
• Adult patients only

Responsibilities

• Provide care for 15 patients per shift
• Perform bone marrow biopsies (preferred)
• Participate in shared call nights and weekends
