Hematologist Oncologist

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a fellowship-trained Hematologist Oncologist to join AdventHealth DeLand in Central Florida. This rewarding opportunity allows the provider to manage a broad range of hematologic and oncologic conditions within a collaborative program supported by on-site radiation oncology, infusion services, and multidisciplinary care. Clinicians will benefit from access to clinical trials, research opportunities, and an established team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.

Practice Info

• AdventHealth DeLand is a 170-bed community hospital serving West Volusia County and the surrounding Central Florida region
• Radiation Oncology and Infusion Center on-site
• Access to clinical trials, including Phase I Research opportunities
• Multidisciplinary tumor boards
• Comprehensive care team including nurse navigators, chaplains, social workers, palliative medicine, and surgical specialists

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of hematologic and oncologic conditions within a collaborative oncology program
• Support the continued growth and expansion of oncology services

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology
• Fellowship-trained in Hematology/Oncology
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure
