The University of Rochester Medical Center is seeking Hematology/Oncology faculty to join its regional expansion sites in Upstate NY/Southern Tier areas. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside UR faculty MD/DOs, APPs, and nursing staff within The Wilmot Cancer Institute, a newly designated National Cancer Institute (NCI) cancer center. The position involves a blend of outpatient Hematology/Medical Oncology with infusion center coverage, providing a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Compensation
- Competitive compensation
- Salary range: $400,000 to $500,000 a year
- Alignment of clinical incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process
- $35,000 retention bonus
- $20,000 moving exp.

Qualifications
- M.D., M.D./PH.D. Degree or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
- Successfully completed an accredited fellowship program and possess ABIM Board Certification in an oncology specialty
- Possess academic credentials and accomplishments for appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or higher at University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry
- Must obtain a New York State Medical License prior to start date
- Eligible for a Faculty Appointment at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry
- Must meet all credentialing requirements
- Eligible for Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology
- Post offer Drug Screen and Health Assessment required
- Compliance with University and New York State health requirements
- Open to visa sponsorship
