Sutter East Bay Medical Group (SEBMG) is seeking a Board-Certified Hematologist/Oncologist to join and help shape their expanding oncology program at Delta Medical Center in Antioch, California. This exceptional opportunity focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered cancer care, primarily for solid tumors, within a community oncology setting. The successful candidate will also serve as Medical Director of Infusion Services, combining clinical practice with leadership and program development to advance multidisciplinary cancer care.

Responsibilities
- Manage both hematologic and oncologic conditions commonly encountered in practice
- Participate in multidisciplinary care delivery
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of oncology services throughout the region
- Serve as Medical Director of Infusion Services at Delta Medical Center
- Medical oversight of a six-chair outpatient oncology infusion center
- Partnership with nursing and operational leadership to improve quality, safety, and patient experience
- Development and implementation of clinical protocols and operational workflows
- Supervision, mentorship, and collaboration with an Oncology Advanced Practice Clinician (APC)
Compensation
- $532,000 - $623,000 /Yr. base compensation for full-time (1.0 FTE) clinicians
- Shareholder eligibility after 2 years of employment

Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology
- Eligible for California medical licensure
- Demonstrated expertise in community-based hematology and oncology practice
- Interest in program development, physician leadership, and multidisciplinary cancer care
- Prior leadership experience preferred, though strong candidates interested in a medical director role are encouraged to apply
- Special interest or expertise in breast, gastrointestinal, thoracic, genitourinary, or other solid tumor disciplines welcomed
