- Salary: $550,000.00 to $650,000.00 Based on Experience.

Job/Practice Description
- Hematologist/Oncologist.
- Location: Findlay, OH (40mins from Toledo).
- Ability to choose patient mix and practice at top of license.
- Clinic 4 days/week, 1 administrative day/week (remote), 1:4 inpatient call.
- 50% Hematology/50% Oncology patient mix, most common cases are breast, colon, lung, prostate.
- Care team model, 1 dedicated RN and 1 MA per physician, 2 NPs.
- Chemo certified RN's for inpatient chemotherapy administration.
- Onsite Services: Radiation Oncology; Infusion Therapy; Lab and Pharmacy - board certified oncology pharmacist onsite; Genetic Counseling; Clinical & Financial Navigation; Nutrition Services; Clinical Trials, Tumor Registry; GYN-Oncology; Social Work.
- Robust general surgery program and specialty services ENT, Urology, Gynecology, Pulmonology, GI.
- Hospitalist service admits.
- Opportunity to provide and receive mentorship.
Profile Background
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist.
- Ability to hold an Ohio State License.
