Our goal is to support 2,000 students from TK through college with school supplies, clothing, health services, and more, so they can start the next school year with confidence!
We are offering multiple shifts for you to be involved! Here’s more information:
Shifts:
Prep Shift Tuesday, July 28th, must be 12 yrs. old and above to volunteer. On this day, volunteers will help set up stations, decorations, and other event preparation tasks.
AM Prep Shift: 9 AM to 12:30 PM
PM Prep Shift: 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Event Day Shift Wednesday, July 29th, must be 18 yrs. old and above to volunteer. On this day, volunteers will help with checking in volunteers, directing families, assisting children with selecting the right-fitting clothes and backpacks, distributing supplies, and creating a welcoming experience for all attendees. Volunteers for this day must attend a virtual orientation (will be announced later).
AM Shift 8 AM to 12:30 PM
PM Shift 12 PM to 4 PM
Clean Up Shift Thursday, July 30th, must be 12 yrs. old and above to volunteer. Volunteers will assist with post-event cleanup, including packing supplies, breaking down tables and decorations, organizing materials, and helping restore the event space after our Back-to-School event.
