Position: Help Desk Technician

Key qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance (ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI)
- Security+ (or equivalent IAT Level II certification)
- 2+ years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support experience
- Experience supporting hardware, software, network, or information assurance environments
In this role, you'll provide Tier I support for end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support network operations, assist with cybersecurity initiatives, and help ensure critical systems remain operational. xhqgsiq You'll work alongside a collaborative team supporting mission-critical technologies in a fast-paced federal environment while continuing to grow your technical skillset.
