We are seeking a motivated Help Desk Support Technician to support a distributed IT environment, delivering exceptional customer experience (CX) to end users.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-personTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network issuesSupport Windows 10/11 and macOS environmentsManage tickets using tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or equivalentPerform Active Directory tasks (user creation, password resets, group management)Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)Assist with device imaging (PXE), deployments, and upgradesProvide support for VPN, remote desktop, and connectivity issuesMaintain asset inventory and assist with hardware lifecycle managementEscalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 teamsRequired Qualifications1–3 years of IT Help Desk / Desktop Support experienceCompTIA A+ (or equivalent)Strong troubleshooting and customer service skillsExperience with ticketing systems and remote support toolsPreferredITIL FoundationExperience with MDM tools (Intune, MaaS360, JAMF)Does this opportunity sound like a fit for you?
