Help Desk Specialist

Role: HelpDesk Support

Location: Richmond, VA

Contract 1 year with possible extension

Pay: $20-$22\hr (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)

Hybrid 3 days onsite a week

Must Have:

• Detail oriented, punctual
• Pick up things quickly
• Communicate effectively & know when to escalate
• Go-getter w/ initiative – they assign their own tasks

Nice to Have:

• SailPoint ticketing
• Active directory
• ServiceNow
• Mainframe knowledge
• Google sheets
• Basic SQL
• Previous tech support environment

Other Notes:

• Annie has worked with and recognized other vendors
• No overtime at any time
• The team manages a large number of applications (10+)
• Could be 1-3 steps to provision them or 10-15 steps
• No phone support – communicate via email

Job Description: Daily responsibilities will consist of creating, modifying, and deleting user access accounts in various applications for all lines of business across our organization. Troubleshoot provisioning errors, work on various access clean-up projects, cross train within the team.
