This Contract position will focus on desktop setup, workstation connectivity, and day-to-day user support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical workstation installations, troubleshooting Windows-based systems, and responding to service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Install and connect desktop equipment, including monitors, cables, and peripheral devices at employee workstations.
- Provide on-site technical assistance for Windows 10 systems, resolving common hardware and software issues.
- Respond to service desk tickets and document support activities in a clear and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, device configuration, and user access issues to restore productivity quickly.
