This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving day-to-day user issues, supporting endpoint technology, and working closely with both local teams and broader IT partners. The role combines desktop support, device administration, and shop-floor technology assistance in a fast-moving environment where reliability, responsiveness, and clear communication are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-line onsite IT support for employees and operational teams, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues in office and production settings.
- Set up, image, configure, and deploy Windows-based computers and related devices in alignment with established enterprise standards.
- Diagnose and resolve problems involving desktops, mobile equipment, wireless tools, label printers, barcode scanners, tablets, and other manufacturing technology.
