Splash Financial is seeking a driven, detail‑oriented operations leader to build and scale the day‑to‑day HELOC operations. Reporting to the SVP of Operations, you will own end‑to‑end workflows from origination to post‑close, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality at scale.
This remote role is based out of the Cleveland area, with a bias for action and hands‑on leadership to stand up new operations in a fast‑moving environment.
