Key Responsibilities Own an assigned HELOC pipeline, driving files forward to meet closing dates Set expectations through proactive welcome calls and serve as the first quality check on submissions Act as the central point of coordination between partners and underwriting teams, maintaining accurate loan data Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred 3+ years of mortgage operations experience in roles such as Account Manager or Loan Processor Hands-on experience with HELOCs or similar second-lien products Proficiency in Encompass or comparable loan origination systems Wholesale or Correspondent channel experience preferred; non-QM exposure a plus
