Key responsibilities: Audit information entered into the software system for abstraction and data entry based on HEDIS Technical Specifications Review medical records and interpret relevant clinical criteria, annotating records using Adobe PDF Identify trends and document areas for improvement while maintaining project productivity levels Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 5+ years of HEDIS experience reviewing medical records Strong medical knowledge and familiarity with medical terminology Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Reader Ability to audit and interpret clinical criteria based on HEDIS Technical Specifications
