Supporting enterprise HEDIS quality oversight and audit readiness, the full-time HEDIS Quality Analyst will manage audit activities, collaborate with Health Plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely within the continental United States. Key responsibilities Provide support for HEDIS quality oversight, audit readiness, and submission activities Manage audit and submission timelines, deliverables, and dependencies Perform NCQA HEDIS audit activities, including documentation preparation and maintenance Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or a related field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in HEDIS, regulatory, audit, or quality improvement, preferably in healthcare Experience with NCQA audits and CMS submission processes Knowledge of enterprise standards and documentation requirements for HEDIS audits Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and Health Plans
