Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the investment platform, including trade booking and lifecycle management across fixed income, repo, and other securities transactions.
• Manage portfolio and fund operations, including position reconciliations across funds and entities, balance sheet reconciliations, expense allocations and accruals, and resolution of breaks with fund administrators and custodians.
• Track and process corporate actions, including mandatory and voluntary events, manage proxy voting, and oversee the re-registration of physical securities and DWAC (Deposit/Withdrawal at Custodian) activity from end to end.
• Partner closely with fund administrators and custodians to resolve operational issues, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate and timely processing. xhqgsiq
• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance existing operational processes, taking ownership of implementing improvements, strengthening controls, and reducing manual workflows.

Key Qualifications:

• 4 - 10 years investment operations experience
• VBA/Excel macro knowledge a plus
