Running hedging analytics and providing trading recommendations to clients in mortgage servicing rights, the full-time remote Hedge Advisory Analyst will contribute to the development and maintenance of analytics models and related data systems while interfacing directly with institutional clients. Key responsibilities Interface directly with institutional clients daily to provide insights and support Run hedge analyses as needed to inform trading strategies Contribute to the development and maintenance of valuation models aligned with industry best practices Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, or business administration 3+ years of professional experience in an analyst-level role Understanding of interest rate derivatives is required Experience with programming languages such as VBA, Python, C++, or SQL CFA, FRM, or Series 65 license is a plus
