Role & responsibilities

• Teach basic to intermediate Hebrew to employees preparing to work in Israel.
• Focus on practical speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Help candidates communicate confidently with employers, supervisors, and colleagues.
• Train candidates on everyday and workplace Hebrew relevant to their job roles.
• Introduce basic Israeli culture, workplace etiquette, and common communication practices.
• Conduct regular practice sessions, assessments, and mock conversations.
• Track candidate progress and provide feedback to improve their language skills.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure candidates are ready for deployment.
