Not only will your efforts allow us to achieve organizational efficiency, you will nurture the pleasant work environment our people love.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) This is a safety sensitive positionOperate Front Loader, Dump Truck, Backhoe, Bull Dozer, Water Truck, Articulating Truck and any other equipment used in handling of clay materialPerform general utility workPerform maintenance on equipmentSkills and Experience Required for SuccessPrevious experience in a non-climate controlled production environmentAbility to stand and walking up to 2 milesAbility to lift up to 25 pounds of force in sweeping and shovelingAbility to wear PPE (personal protection equipment) – required and providedCompetencies Required for SuccessIntegrityTeamworkSelf-MotivatedEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent; OR one to three months related experience AND/OR training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.This is a safety sensitive position.
