Heavy Equipment Rail Car UnloaderVelocity Flex is seeking experienced and safety-conscious Heavy Equipment Rail Car Unloaders to support our clients operations in handling bulk materials such as crushed concrete, limestone, sand, and gravel. You'll play a vital role in ensuring efficient unloading of railcars to maintain supply flow for construction and infrastructure projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely unload bulk materials from railcars using heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, front-end loaders).Inspect railcars and cargo for damage, contamination, or safety hazards.Maintain accurate records of materials unloaded and report discrepancies.Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of unloading equipment.Adhere to company safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.Collaborate with yard supervisors and logistics teams to ensure timely operations.QualificationsPrior experience unloading railcars or operating excavators required.Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Physical ability to lift, climb, and operate equipment for extended periods.Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.Must possess a Valid Drivers License.
