Heavy Equipment OperatorIf you're looking for long term consistent work and have experience operating heavy machinery, this is the position for you! A major commercial construction project in Omaha, NE needs a highly versatile Heavy Equipment Operator to join the team. This role offers variety and the chance to operate multiple types of equipment, including excavators, dozers, motor graders, tractor pans, backhoes, track hoes, and scrapers. We provide a rapid interview process to get you started quickly!Responsibilities:Operate various heavy equipment for site preparation, grading, excavation, trenching, and material handling.Switch between equipment types as project needs change, including scrapers, excavators, dozers, and more.Perform fine grading and foundational work with precision.Conduct daily maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly.Maintain a safe and efficient work environment while following project plans and supervisor instructions.Essential Skills:Minimum 3 years of experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment.Proven ability to operate machinery such as excavators, dozers, and graders.Familiarity with GPS systems and civil site operations.Valid driver's license (CDL a plus).Physical ability to work outdoors in various conditions.Additional Skills & Qualifications:OSHA 10 certification (will be provided if not already held).Basic mechanical skills.Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new equipment.Why Work Here?Enjoy 40–60 hours per week through the winter with built-in overtime.
