Job Description
Experienced Loader
Schedule: Monday - Friday (sometimes Saturday and is mandatory if requested) 6:00 am - Until finish (about 4:30pm)
$18+/HR DOE
Location: Ocala, FL
Position Summary:

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to load/unload trucks with concrete products and aggregates
• Transport raw materials (sand, gravel, cement products) throughout the yard and plant
• Maintain proper stockpiles and organize yard inventory
• Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and report issues
• Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Ensure accurate loading of customer and delivery trucks
• Communicate with drivers and supervisors to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures at all times
• Keep yard clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Assist with general labor duties as needed
