Mobile Equipment OperatorArcosa Aggregates is seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator for our Cameron, Texas Plant. In this role you will support positive safety culture in an aggregate environment that is regulated by MSHA safety standards. As a Mobile Equipment Operator, you will work with a team producing natural aggregates in a mining environment.Day to DayActively promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through positive recognitionProficiently operate at least 3 pieces of mobile equipment (haul truck, farm tractor, water truck, rubber tire backhoe, front loader, etc.) in a mining environmentMust have excavator, dozer and dredge experience.Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures, and applicable government regulations.Perform daily pre-shift equipment and workplace inspections to maintain equipment performanceMaintain strong communications with other plant employees and operatorsPerform other duties or responsibilities as assigned.About YouPrompt, regular, and predictable attendancePositive, team-based attitudeThe ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to 60 feet as required.The ability to work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy)High school diploma or GED equivalentA minimum of 2 years of experienceWorking Conditions While most equipment has air conditioning, there will be times when other responsibilities may require periods of work in all weather conditions including heat, cold, wet, dry, and dusty.BenefitsArcosa is proud to offer competitive benefits and programs to help you and your family meet your healthcare and retirement planning needs.
