With a team of over 100 highly skilled professionals we uphold the highest standards and deliver superior results while balancing many major projects simultaneously.Operate heavy equipment (Excavators) to dig large excavation projects. Must be willing to labor on all projects as well.

General Responsibilities:Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and procedures.Load and unload equipment from vehicles and trailers.Ensure company equipment and material is maintained, kept cleaned and stored in a safe manner.Keep work area and equipment clean by collecting and disposing of scrap, excess materials, and refuse.This is a labor-intensive job. Gathering & loading materials, tools and equipment; job site setup and teardown, carpentry skills – other laboring construction duties and responsibilities as assignedProactively communicate with foreman, superintendent and coworkers.Complete required paperwork, reporting, and other documentation as required.Must be familiar with OSHA required excavation practices.Qualifications:Large Excavators- safely and efficiently operateGeneral Labor as neededMinimum of 2 years' experience on large excavation projects.2-5 years construction experience preferred.Pass Pre-employment drug screen/physical and criminal background checkBe willing to work indoors and outdoors in extreme temperatures, both hot and coldWear personal protective equipment (PPE)Great attention to detail and stress toleranceMust be able to lift/carry 50lbs unassisted; ability to bend, kneel, stoop, climb and twist continuously throughout the dayValid driver's license/CDL a plus (MVR will be checked for company insurance policy)Ability to travel and stay overnight for out-of-town projectsGeneral carpentry, welding, plumbing and electrical skills highly preferred
