Heavy Equipment Operator
Reveal Excavation is seeking a motivated and experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team in the Anaconda area. We are a growing excavation contractor performing a wide variety of work, including road construction, underground utility installation, commercial site development, foundation excavation, grading, and building pad preparation.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, prioritize safety, and are committed to delivering high-quality results for our clients. This is a full-time hourly position that includes accrued Paid Time Off (PTO).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years heavy equipment operating experience preferred.
- Experience operating excavators, dozers, loaders, skid steers, rollers and other construction equipment.
- Ability to read civil plans and understand grades.
- Knowledge of underground utilities, including waters, sewer and storm systems.
- Experience working around existing underground utilities safely
- Strong understanding of equipment safety procedures and daily inspections.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment maintenance knowledge.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Ability to follow directions while working independently when needed.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to work overtime and extended hours and project schedules require.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
