Civil Project ManagerOur client in Wayne County, MI is actively seeking a Civil Project Manager to join their growing team.The Project Manager will be responsible for having the following skills and carrying out the following tasks:Extensive experience with a local heavy civil construction contractor.Must be dedicated to work full time do whatever it takes to get the job done. no remote work. (mandatory)Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $20M.Ability and knowledge to create estimates for change of work.Great attitude, strong leadership, communication, and meeting-management skills.Mandatory experience installing and managing underground water main, storm, and sanitary sewer systems.Mandatory experience with HCSS Heavy Bid and Heavy Job.Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.5–10 years of heavy civil project management experience.Proficient in job cost tracking, financial reporting, and change order management.Experience creating and managing project schedules.Familiarity with CAD (preferred), Agtek, and PlanSwift.Ability to manage subcontract issuance and administration.References from previous employers required.
