Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Manager

We are hiring for a BAS Project Manager with one of our direct clients in Chippewa Falls, WI. This is a full-time opportunity. Candidates with experience in BAS, HVAC controls, or commercial HVAC project execution are encouraged to apply.

Experience: 5+ years in BAS, HVAC controls, or commercial HVAC project execution

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage BAS projects from estimating and planning through execution and closeout.
• Handle project scope, schedules, budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
• Review project drawings, specifications, proposals, and contracts.
• Oversee purchasing, project documentation, progress billing, and financial tracking.
• Resolve project issues and maintain customer relationships.
• Coordinate project completion, customer acceptance, and transition to service.

Required Skills:

• Strong BAS/HVAC controls knowledge.
• Project management experience in building automation or commercial HVAC.
• Experience with estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Ability to interpret HVAC drawings, controls schematics, and technical specifications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and customer management skills.

Preferred: Experience with BAS platforms, controls integration, subcontractor management, and project financials
