This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can follow detailed instructions, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.What You'll DoComplete hardness tests according to established procedures to verify product quality.Off-load parts safely and efficiently to maintain production flow.Monitor heat-treat processes and report any irregularities.Use hand tools and equipment, including hardness checkers, air buffers, and a Gorbel crane.Follow all standard work instructions and maintain safe work habits at all times.What You NeedAbility to stand on your feet for 8+ hours per shift.Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.Willingness to work off-shifts and overtime as needed.Basic reading, writing, and communication skills.High School Diploma or GED.Tools & Equipment You'll UseHardness checkerAir bufferGorbel craneAllen wrenches, files, die grinders, deburring knives, and general shop tools
