If you've worked with machines and have an eye for detail, this role offers a fast-paced environment where precision matters.Key Responsibilities:Operate heat press machines to apply graphics, logos, numbers, and text to t-shirtsReview work orders to ensure correct placement, size, and design accuracyAdjust machine settings for temperature, pressure, and timing based on fabric typeAlign garments and transfer materials precisely before pressingInspect finished t-shirts to ensure quality and consistencyMaintain equipment and report any technical issuesKeep workstation clean and organized while following safety protocolsSupport general production tasks as needed (folding, tagging, packaging)Qualifications:Previous experience using heat press equipment or operating machinery requiredFamiliarity with warehouse or production workflowsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow work orders accuratelyComfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasksReliable, focused, and able to meet production timelinesBring designs to life and be part of something precise, hands-on, and team driven.
