Receive tuition and income assistance while in nursing school.What You Will Do:Prepare, administer and document prescription medications and treatments, as assigned by supervisor.Attend to resident care needs as care planned and document.Recognize and report to the Charge Nurse changes in resident's condition (physical, mental, emotional, behavioral).Perform and document special tasks including blood glucose readings, pulse oximetry readings, established inhalation therapy.Review resident Care Worksheets to ensure all needs are identified accurately, plans are complete, and goals are accomplished as defined; report any changes to Charge Nurse.What Your Need:Must be at least 18 years of age.Leadership skillsHigh school diploma or GEDMust have successfully completed the 75-hour Nursing Assistant Training Course and be certified by the Nebraska Health and Human Services System, as well as the 40-hour Medication Aide Course and certified as a Medication Aide.Experience in memory support is preferred.York General offers the following:$5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidatesAttractive differentials for evening, night, and weekend shiftsLoan forgiveness up to $30,000Career advancement tuition assistanceExcellent benefits packages
