Healthcare Vendor Relations Manager

Managing third-party program relationships, the full-time Healthcare Vendor Relations Manager will oversee performance management standards, financial responsibilities, and implement business solutions while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Provide direct account management, including scheduling meetings and managing documentation with delegated entities Share monthly SLA performance dashboards with delegated entities and address performance issues as needed Direct and contribute to complex special projects involving oversight of Delegated Care Management entities Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience working with primary care providers in account management within the healthcare sector Ability to present to executive-level teams at delegated entities
