Leading the technical deployment and integration of healthcare software solutions, the full-time remote Healthcare Technology Implementation Manager will manage implementation plans, troubleshoot integrations, and ensure successful adoption while collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Lead technical implementation, configuration, deployment, testing, and post-go-live support for healthcare software solutions Design and troubleshoot integrations with healthcare systems, EHR platforms, and various APIs Serve as the primary technical contact for customer IT and clinical stakeholders throughout the implementation process Required qualifications Experience in healthcare software implementation or technical project delivery Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 v2 and FHIR Experience working with customer IT and application teams in healthcare environments Knowledge of major EHR ecosystems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech Understanding of healthcare privacy, security, and compliance requirements
