Healthcare Technical Delivery Manager

Managing healthcare technology projects, the full-time Technical Delivery Manager will ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards while coordinating development teams and stakeholders in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Oversee the management of healthcare products from design to deployment, ensuring alignment with stakeholder goals Lead a team of Scrum Masters and technical personnel, assigning tasks and monitoring project progress Develop comprehensive project plans that integrate customer requirements with company objectives and maintain necessary documentation Required qualifications 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role Deep functional knowledge of healthcare processes, particularly Medicaid business Understanding of cloud-native architecture and associated technologies Demonstrated experience in project management processes, strategies, and methods Experience in mentoring and developing talent within the technology department
