Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Effectively and efficiently perform all related activities of recruitment, including but not limited to conducting intake sessions, sourcing, interviewing, and reviewing compensation for assigned service lines throughout Emory Healthcare.
• Ensure adherence to all federal, state and local regulations and EHC policies in the employment process.
• Perform related responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Two (2) plus years in Talent Acquisition; or five (5) plus years in Human Resources, Customer Service, Sales or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment or related with strong customer service.
• Experience with applicant tracking, CRM, HRIS, and/or customer tracking databases to manage data is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, high skill level in customer service, effective presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including fact finding, influencing, listening and problem solving.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, hiring leaders, vendors and senior leaders across the organization.
• Intermediate skills, Microsoft Office proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
