Healthcare Support Specialist (Inbound)

Sharecare is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls from members and providers, document interactions, and deliver courteous support. The CSR uses a computerized system, manages inquiries, explains programs, and aims to meet call center metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication, ability to multitask, HIPAA awareness, and basic MS Word/Outlook skills are preferred to ensure accurate information and timely resolutions for customers.
