Healthcare Staff Consultant

To support the growth of a dynamic healthcare consulting team, the remote Staff Consultant II will assess client organizations, lead project teams, and manage client relationships while delivering strategic insights and project deliverables. Key responsibilities Assess client organizations and facilitate contract renewals, expansions, and new business opportunities Lead project teams, providing feedback on work products and ensuring client needs are met Manage client relationships, including communications, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management Required qualifications 5-7 years of consulting or healthcare operations experience, preferably within a Managed Care Organization (MCO) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Knowledge of business processes and operations within the healthcare industry Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred Experience in creating professional executive-level products using Microsoft tools
