Responsibilities

• Oversee both design and construction phases of healthcare projects
• Serve as the primary liaison among clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure project quality, consistency, and compliance with all relevant standards
• Provide technical evaluations and strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
• Coordinate with adjacent projects to mitigate impacts and streamline operations
• Manage administrative tasks including progress reports, submittals, requisitions, and change orders

What We Need From YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
• 10+ years of project management experience, ideally in healthcare facility renovation/construction
• Exceptional communication skills across all project levels
• Expertise in budget and schedule management
• Strong leadership and technical skills
• Ability to navigate tight deadlines and multitask effectively
• Strategic problem-solving abilities to preempt and address challenges
