Empeon, a healthcare-focused HCM platform, seeks an onboarding lead for the Scheduling module. You will own onboarding from kickoff through go-live, map staffing models (RN/LPN/CNA), configure shifts, pay rules, and mobile clock-in, and ensure integration with Time & Attendance and Payroll.
Remote and on-site training to schedulers, DONs, HR, and administrators; ensure CMS staffing rules and HPPD targets; post-go-live support and handoff to Customer Success.
