Key responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on Healthcare Shares' growth, positioning, partnerships, investment focus, and long-term vision Advise on healthcare market trends, emerging opportunities, startup evaluation, and social impact strategy Support Healthcare Shares by offering relevant introductions and expertise to strengthen the firm's ecosystem and portfolio support Required qualifications Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields Senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience preferred Strong professional network within healthcare, investment, or innovation ecosystems Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month to board participation and advisory activities
