Healthcare Recruiting Manager

To enhance recruiting operations and client relationships, the full-time Recruiting & Account Manager will lead and develop a team of healthcare recruiters, oversee MSP/VMS account management, and ensure performance metrics are met while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and mentor a team of healthcare recruiters to improve performance and accountability Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruiters, including submissions, interviews, and fill ratios Serve as the primary account manager for MSP, VMS, and strategic staffing partnerships, maintaining strong client relationships Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent healthcare staffing experience Minimum of five years of healthcare staffing experience, including recruiting and/or account management Previous leadership or management experience required Strong understanding of MSP and VMS programs and healthcare staffing operations Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
