Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit Registered Nurses (RN) for US healthcare clients.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified RN candidates.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Clients to understand hiring requirements.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, ATS, and other sourcing channels effectively.
- Ensure timely submissions while maintaining quality and compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience recruiting Registered Nurses (RN) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare staffing industry.
- Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
