This is a full-time position, working out of our Oak Brook, IL office. Full benefits available; PTO, medical, dental, vision coverage and 401(k) plan.The primary responsibilities of a Healthcare Recruiting and Scheduling Liaison is to source, recruit, and assist in the onboarding of nurses, as well as scheduling nurses in patient homes while maintaining relationships with patients and their families and collaborating with field and administrative staff.Essential Job Functions and ResponsibilitiesSchedules and manages a small private duty nursing caseloadDevelops trusting relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionalsScreens candidates and negotiates compensation for private duty nursesCoordinates with an interdisciplinary team to resolve scheduling issuesProactively searches and works on multiple recruitment platforms to identify qualified nursing candidatesAttends job fairs and networking events quarterlyRequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; healthcare scheduling, recruiting, or inside sales experience a bonusStrong customer service and teamwork skillsExcellent phone and interpersonal skillsAbility to be creative, organized, and compassionatePunctual, reliable, and adapts well to change within a growing companyFunctional proficiency with software including Microsoft Office Suite and online recruiting tools, including LinkedIn
