# Healthcare Project ManagerBilingual (English/Spanish) project manager to lead healthcare projects across Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and behavioral health — bridging business needs and software execution.Remote (FL / TX preferred) Full-timeAll openingsWe are looking for a bilingual Healthcare Project Manager to help lead and coordinate healthcare-related projects, with a strong focus on Medicare, Medicaid, managed care plans, behavioral health services, and software-enabled healthcare operations.The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, and able to communicate clearly in both English and Spanish. This role requires someone who understands the healthcare environment, has experience working with SaaS platforms or software tools, and can translate business decisions into actionable use cases, workflows, and project requirements.## Responsibilities* Manage healthcare-related projects from start to finish, including planning, coordination, execution, and follow-up.* Work closely with internal teams, healthcare partners, vendors, software providers, and other stakeholders.* Support projects related to Medicare, Medicaid, behavioral health services, provider operations, managed care plans, and healthcare administration.* Translate business decisions, operational needs, and stakeholder feedback into clear use cases, workflows, requirements, and action items.* Coordinate with technical and operational teams to support the implementation of SaaS platforms, software tools, and healthcare technology solutions.* Track timelines, deliverables, risks, and project updates.* Coordinate meetings, prepare summaries, and follow up on action items.* Help identify process improvements and ensure projects are completed efficiently.* Communicate clearly with both English- and Spanish-speaking stakeholders.## Requirements* Bilingual in English and Spanish.* Experience in healthcare project management, healthcare operations, or healthcare technology projects.* Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care plans, and behavioral health services.* Experience working with SaaS platforms, software tools, or digital healthcare systems.* Ability to translate business decisions into actionable use cases, workflows, requirements, and implementation tasks.* Strong organizational and communication skills.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deadlines.* Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, external partners, vendors, and technical teams.* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.## Preferred* Located in Florida or Texas, but not required.* Experience working with healthcare providers, payers, clinics, behavioral health organizations, or managed care organizations.* Familiarity with compliance, credentialing, member services, provider relations, claims, authorizations, or healthcare workflows is a plus.* Experience supporting software implementations, process automation, reporting tools, CRM systems, EHR systems, or care management platforms is a plus.## LocationRemote.
