Seeking a credentialing leader, the fully remote Healthcare Privileging Manager will manage a team responsible for securing and maintaining hospital privileges for healthcare providers, ensuring timely and accurate privileging processes while collaborating with operations teams and hospital Medical Staff Offices. Key responsibilities Deliver high-quality service to ensure timely and appropriate provider privileging Oversee department priorities, manage team workload, and report metrics to upper management Develop policies and guidelines for consistent implementation across the department Required qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 5+ years' experience in physician credentialing or licensing Management experience preferred Working knowledge of credentialing accreditation regulations and Joint Commission Standards CPCS or CPCSM certification preferred
