Position: Healthcare Administrative Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 15+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
* Design realistic, complex scenarios based on deep experience in healthcare operations.
* Build supporting records and author tasks to train AI agents .
* Evaluate healthcare operations tasks for AI model training and improvement.
* Focus on medical coding , prior authorization , and revenue cycle operations .
* Work independently with flexible hours and asynchronous collaboration .
* Ensure tasks align with regulatory and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Must-Have
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare administrative roles.
* Experience with payer portals , EHR platforms , and coding tools.
* 15+ hours/week commitment.
Preferred
* Experience owning exceptions and disputes, such as appeals or coding audits.
* Experience across multiple care settings or on both provider and payer sides.
