Director of Family Care & Concierge Services
Setting: Pediatric SLP, OT and PT Clinic
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 + Performance Bonuses + Benefits
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Schedule: Full Time Monday - Friday
About the Role
We are building a concierge membership program designed to become a trusted resource for families navigating their children's developmental needs. We are seeking a Director of Family Care & Concierge Services to serve as the primary relationship manager and care navigator for member families.
The ideal candidate brings meaningful pediatric clinical experience and can help families understand concerns, identify appropriate next steps, coordinate care among providers, and ensure every detail is followed through.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for enrolled families.
- Guide families through developmental, therapy, learning, and behavioral challenges.
- Coordinate services across pediatric disciplines, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, feeding therapy, psychology, and related specialties.
- Collaborate, when authorized, with schools, pediatricians, specialists, and other providers.
- Lead regular family check-ins and support long-term developmental planning.
- Ensure seamless follow-up and continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Certified as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT), Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Registered Nurse (RN/BSN), Pediatric social worker, care navigator, or case manager
- Experience in care coordination, developmental pediatrics, pediatric neurology, complex care, pediatric primary care, or children's hospitals.
