Please read on to learn more about this great opportunity!PurposeThe purpose of this position is to assist the department with administrative functions associated with the Healthcare Network.Essential Job Functions and DutiesDevelop and maintain excellent relationships with providers and vendorsPrepare, mail and track all contracts, including facility and physician contracts and amendments, Business Associate Agreements, Consulting Agreements and Patient-Specific Letters of AgreementCommunicate with providers/groups regarding contract language questions, concerns and/or language changesPrepare, mail and track Request for Proposals (RFPs)Coordinate the provider termination processAssist in the communication of new contracts, rates and amendments to internal and external customersAssist Director of Healthcare Networks with special projectsPerform the above listed position functions independently (or with limited supervision) and within time frame defined for the specific task by Fund managementSets goals and achieve measurable resultsContributes ideas to plans and achieving department goalsExemplifies the Fund's BETTER Values and professional effectiveness dimensions in contributing to a respectful, trusting, and engaged culture of diversity and inclusionPerforms other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibilities and requirements of the jobPerforms Essential Job Functions and Duties with or without reasonable accommodationEssential QualificationsYears of Experience and Knowledge1 ~ 2 years of related experience minimumSome understanding of physician contracts and reimbursement requiredManaged care experience in provider relations, provider contracting and/or provider credentialing preferredEducation, Licenses, and CertificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience requiredSkills and AbilitiesIntermediate level Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skillsSalary Range for This PositionHourly $25.69 - $31.44.
