Healthcare Litigation Attorney

Overview

The Washington, DC office is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2 to 4 years of Litigation Experience , preferably in Health Care or Managed Care . Candidates should have experience managing and running cases on a day-to-day basis, including supervising and managing junior associates , taking and defending depositions, and writing complex briefs. All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed writing and analytical skills. Candidates must be a member of the DC Bar , or equally eligible.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of Litigation Experience, preferably in Health Care or Managed Care


• Excellent academic credentials and highly developed writing and analytical skills


• Member of the DC Bar, or eligible
