HEALTHCARE LITIGATION ASSOCIATE - PRINCETON NJ OFFICE
Description
Archer & Greiner is seeking a Healthcare litigation attorney for its Princeton, NJ office. Our Healthcare department provides services to fit the needs of corporations, non-profit organizations, and individuals. We represent clients from all segments of the healthcare industry, from serving as physician attorneys, to representing hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living residences and other retirement communities, medical staffs, home care and nursing providers, adult medical day care centers, ambulatory care and federally qualified health centers, rehabilitation centers and facilities for the developmentally disabled, as well as providers of other ancillary health care services. An ideal candidate should have experience in all phases of litigation including depositions, court appearances, discovery strategies and motion practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys across multiple offices in a collegial and collaborative environment. Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and efficiently, and have excellent case analysis, research and drafting skills.
Job Requirements
·3 to 5 years litigation experience, administrative law experience a plus
· Superior research, writing and analytical skills
· NJ and PA Bar admissions required
· NJ and PA healthcare law experience preferred, but not required
Salary and Benefits
Archer & Greiner, P.C.offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $160,000, commensurate with related experience.
