$215,000 – $375,000+

A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Healthcare Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing healthcare providers, hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and other healthcare industry participants in sophisticated litigation and regulatory disputes.

Ideal Background

  • 2–6 years of healthcare litigation, commercial litigation, healthcare regulatory, or complex litigation experience
  • Experience representing hospitals, health systems, physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers, long-term care facilities, or other healthcare providers preferred
  • Experience handling healthcare-related disputes involving reimbursement, payor-provider matters, regulatory issues, fraud and abuse allegations, or other complex healthcare litigation matters
  • Experience with pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
  • Experience appearing in state and federal courts preferred
  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to independently manage matters while working directly with clients
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
  • Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted
